Pre-Closing

Before we congratulate you on the sale on your home you have a few things to do to get ready for the actual closing. 

If the following are not done it may delay the closing.

• You will need to get your smoke detectors check by your local fire dept.
• Clean the house up before the walk through. Should be in broom clean condition. 
• Pay off your electric and water bills
• If you live in a condominium you should check with management to make sure you are up-to-date with all fees. If not, you will not be able to transfer ownership.
