Our process is simple. We have broken down the getting started process into a few simple steps.
Step 1: Go to our Agreement Wizard by going here to generate your personalized state specific listing agreement. Once you complete a .pdf of the state disclosure and agreement will be emailed to you. The agreement package contains. State agency disclosure, listing agreement and addendum.
Step 2: Fill out the Massachusetts Property Data Form by going here.
If you prefer you may fill the form out by hand by going here. Once done you can either scan or fax it to us. Our contact information is on the listing agreement package cover page.
Step 3: Send photos to photos@instamls.com. Once received our system will send you an automated confirmation. If you do not receive a message from us there’s a good chance your images were too large for transmission. Please try again by breaking up the number of photos sent per email. Exterior Photo: MLS requires at least one exterior photo. If you would like your photos to be displayed in a specific order please name the photo files in the order you would like them to appear… 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg. If you do not specify the order we will decide for you. Since we want your listing to look the best it can be we reserve the right to change the order as we see fit. We know what works.
We list all properties the same day if we receive during business hours. Once we activate your listing we will send you a Welcome Email with a copy of your MLS listing along with the transactional forms and disclosures you will need.
