Since 2006, we have had 3 different designed signs for our flat fee sellers. In 2017, we decided to extend the Hillman brand to our flat fee MLS sellers so they could reap the benefits. Our current signs were carefully designed to be eye-catching and appealing in order to take our flat fee listings to another level. Statistically speaking, by looking at our inventory and days on market compared to other agencies, our MLS flat fee listings are selling a lot quicker than listings from other agencies. We believe extending our brand has played a role in this because at the end of the day – perception matters.
Our new signs are made right here in New England with high-quality weatherproof materials and inks. Our brand has value and we are dedicated to protecting it in order to keep our flat fee MLS reputation high.
